The Oncology Case Manager position was developed to assist patients through the complexity and difficulty that is cancer treatment. Our goal is to have someone to support you from the time of your diagnosis all the through to survivorship.
- Advocate for you the patient
- Provide patient and family emotional support
- Provide Education
- Assist patients to connect with resources from community, pharmaceutical, and professional agencies
- Coordinate efficient scheduling of appointments
- Facilitate support groups
